# Charity Wellbeing Service > A specialist service bringing together governance, independent financial guidance, and staff financial wellbeing for charities and not-for-profit organisations. A partnership between Adena Street and Aetas in the Workplace. The Charity Wellbeing Service was built on the observation that no single firm had brought together genuine governance expertise, independent financial guidance, and structured staff wellbeing in one place — designed specifically for charities. Not adapted from a corporate model. The service is delivered by two specialist organisations: governance and financial guidance by Adena Street Limited (independent advisory firm for charities); staff financial wellbeing by Aetas in the Workplace. Where regulated financial advice is required, this is provided by Aetas Wealth, a trading style of Insight Financial Associates Limited (FCA registration 458421). ## Pages - [Home](https://charitywellbeing.aetaspartners.com/): Overview of the three-service offering, the partnership, the challenge facing the sector, and how to get started. - [Governance](https://charitywellbeing.aetaspartners.com/governance.html): Investment Policy Statements, trustee training, board effectiveness, ethical investment frameworks, Charity Commission compliance.
