A no-cost conversation.
No obligation beyond it.

Every engagement begins with a discovery conversation. Use the calendar to choose a time that suits you — or take the diagnostic first if you would like to arrive with a clearer picture of where the gaps may be.

What the discovery conversation covers

This is a focused, unhurried conversation — typically around 45 minutes. It is designed to give you a clear picture of what Aetas ITW offers and whether it is the right fit for your organisation. We will look at what is currently in place, where financial pressure may be showing up, and what a proportionate response across governance, financial guidance, and staff wellbeing could look like.

There is no pitch and no follow-up pressure. The aim is to give you as much clarity from the conversation as we gain from it — so that whatever happens next is based on a genuine assessment of whether and how we can help.

What to have to hand

  • A rough sense of your organisation's size — number of employees and approximate turnover or reserves
  • Any existing pension or benefits arrangements currently in place for staff
  • Whether your charity holds investments, and if so, whether you have a current Investment Policy Statement
  • A sense of what is prompting you to have the conversation — retention concerns, trustee questions, a governance review, or something else

Take the 12-question diagnostic first

A short self-assessment across governance, financial guidance, and staff financial wellbeing. It takes around five minutes and gives you a scored picture of where your organisation's gaps may be — useful context for a discovery conversation, or a useful starting point in its own right.
